1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "n888", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to n888 and its operating entity licensed under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Player", "User", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the n888 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on the n888 platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" refers to the PKR-denominated account balance held on behalf of the Player within the n888 system.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to any promotional funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player via approved payment methods and not subject to wagering requirements unless co-mingled with Bonus Credit per a specific promotion's terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under n888's international gaming license obligations.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotions, and support services offered through the n888 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the n888 platform, by making a deposit, by placing a bet, by playing any game, or by accessing any feature of the n888 Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms apply in conjunction with n888's Privacy Policy and all game-specific and promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion rules, the specific promotion rules shall take precedence for that promotion only.

n888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Where amendments are material, n888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the registered account address.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use the n888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. n888 maintains a strict 21+ policy and enforces this through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gambling Services is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by n888 or by any affiliated responsible gambling scheme.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee, contractor, or director of n888 or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from doing so.

n888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate an account pending verification. If any eligibility condition is found to be unsatisfied, n888 may void all bets and game results and withhold or return deposits at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

4 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the n888 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. n888 employs technical and manual processes to identify multi-accounting behaviour and will close all related accounts upon detection.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. n888 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

n888 may, at its discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account for any reason without being obliged to provide a specific explanation beyond what is required under applicable regulations.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

n888 is required under its international gaming license obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all players before processing withdrawals. KYC is also conducted on an ongoing basis in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:

• A clear, legible copy of your valid CNIC (both front and back).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document dated within three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing registered mobile number and name).
• For higher withdrawal amounts, source of funds documentation may be requested.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by n888 upon request may result in the suspension of account access and the holding of any pending withdrawal amounts until verification is complete. n888 reserves the right to return deposits to their original payment source and close an account where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.

6 Deposits

All deposits to n888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). n888 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, SadaPay, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, USDT TRC20, Visa/Mastercard, 1LINK Network, and Cash OTC.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. n888 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the depositing player unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

n888 only accepts deposits from payment methods held in the Player's own name. Deposits from payment methods registered to third parties are not permitted. n888 reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Deposit funds are generally credited to your n888 wallet within the processing time applicable to the selected payment method. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and SadaPay deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the banking institution's processing times.

n888 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any deposit transaction at its sole discretion where there is reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent, constitutes money laundering, or is otherwise in violation of these Terms.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at n888 are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously verified and registered on the Player's n888 account.
• Where a deposit has been made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, the first withdrawal preference must be to the same payment method and mobile number used for the deposit, subject to method availability.
• n888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures, including additional documentation requests, before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds as determined internally.

Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash / EasyPaisa — under 30 minutes; Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) — under 3 hours; USDT TRC20 — under 30 minutes subject to network congestion. VIP account holders receive priority processing queue status.

n888 processes withdrawals in the order received, with the exception of VIP priority queue members. n888 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion beyond n888's control.

n888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures on any withdrawal request without limitation. Withdrawals associated with accounts flagged for investigation may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

n888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published in connection with the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in each promotion's specific terms. n888 calculates wagering contribution rates per game category — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sportsbook contributions vary.

Bonus Abuse: n888 maintains sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; wagering patterns designed to exploit mathematical bonus advantages; placing offsetting bets across markets to artificially meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, n888 reserves the right to void all associated winnings, remove the bonus, and permanently close the account.

Promotional Eligibility: n888 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any Player from participating in any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are subject to availability and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the n888 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited to ensure fair outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published in the respective game information panel.

All live dealer games are streamed from certified studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are recorded and logged by the n888 system. In any dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome, the n888 server logs and video recording shall constitute the definitive record of the result.

For sports betting markets, n888 reserves the right to void bets where:

• A market was offered in error with incorrect pricing or conditions.
• The event is abandoned, postponed beyond the specified settlement window, or the result is officially reversed.
• There is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, integrity violations, or suspicious betting patterns related to the event.
• A technical error affected the availability of a market at odds that did not reflect the platform's intended pricing.

n888 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market or game without prior notice. Players who consistently place bets at or near maximum limits across related markets may have their account reviewed and limits adjusted at n888's sole discretion.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n888 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, including for betting, game play, or account management purposes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the n888 platform or any game. Any such exploitation must be reported immediately to n888 support and any winnings resulting from the exploit may be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and other competitive formats.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime regulations.
• Using the n888 platform for commercial purposes, including operating as an agent, affiliate, or sub-agent outside of formal partnership agreements with n888.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome across multiple platforms or accounts.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards n888 staff or other users of the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

n888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. It is not a reliable source of income and involves a real risk of financial loss. n888 strongly encourages all Players to gamble only with amounts they can comfortably afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all n888 Players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits that take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session duration limits with mandatory logout enforcement.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at configurable intervals reminding you of time elapsed and net gaming result during the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours to 90 days, applied immediately on request.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the n888 platform — including but not limited to software, website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and data — is the intellectual property of n888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the n888 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any n888 content without prior written consent from n888.

The n888 name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of n888. Unauthorised use of any n888 trademark is prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, n888 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• The use of or inability to use the n888 platform or any game or service.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where n888's security protocols have not been breached.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any changes to games, promotions, or platform features.

n888's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in the Player's n888 wallet at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes n888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Account Termination

n888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, inability to complete KYC verification, or inactivity.

A Player may close their n888 account at any time by contacting 24/7 customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification requirements.

Where an account is terminated by n888 due to a breach of these Terms, particularly relating to fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, n888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including Real Money Balance as a set-off against losses suffered by the platform as a result of the breach.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. n888 will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fees in accordance with applicable regulations. Dormant accounts are reactivatable upon request and completion of identity verification.

15 Amendments to These Terms

n888 reserves the right to revise, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, or bonus eligibility — n888 will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via the email address registered to the affected Player's account.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or minor policy language adjustments) may take effect immediately upon posting without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will always reflect the most recent revision date.

Continued use of the n888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n888 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to the internal dispute resolution process maintained by n888.

Dispute Resolution Process: Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must submit their complaint in writing to n888 customer support via the live chat channel or the email address provided below. n888 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the dispute within 14 business days. In all disputes relating to the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by n888's server — including video recordings for live dealer games — shall be the definitive and final record. These records supersede any information displayed on the Player's device, which may be subject to display errors, connection interruptions, or browser caching issues.
